Mauser Model 98 8x57

A sporterised Mauser 98. achambered in 8mm Mauser (8x57)

This ex German army 98 has been sporteriesed and a recoil pad at some time, the stock has been shorthened and scope bases professionally fitted to the reciever.

Still has the German eagle on the LH side of the receiver.

Still a very functional cheap hunting rifle, would make a good bush gun.
